Richard and his crew are first rate. They know the waters well, are analytical in assessing the presence of fish, polite, and engaging. It was like fishing with friends who really know how to create an enjoyable and productive experience. This was a father and son adventure and we created long lasting memories.

Captain Rico and Adam were awesome! We had a great time catching Spanish mackerel, bluefish, grouper, and barracuda! Got some great fish to have for supper and made a lot of memories! I would recommend this charter to anyone! Rico is super knowledgeable about the area as he has lived in Beaufort his whole life and Adam has a ton of experience and really knows his stuff and is an incredibly hard worker! Already thinking of going again!

Second trip in 8 months with Tall Boy. Captain Richard is terrific in providing the perfect experience as he kept my 11 and 13 year old grandchildren every bit as aware of and involved with the experience as he did myself and my son. I will be chartering Tall Boy again in the near future

Sent two guys out with Richard and Desmond this week and they have a ball! Caught a ton of fish and even a few sharks.

Awesome half day charter! Richard and Desmond were great. Very Accommodating, Friendly and Knowledgeable. We will definitely be fishing with him again.

Awesome offshore trip with Captain Richard! We had to have caught over 75 fish ranging from mackerel, red snapper, flounder, bluefish, and sheepshead. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking our next trip!

Best Half-Day Expedition Ever!

Capt Rico and first mate Adam were awesome! Incredible knowledge and experience and we had a blast! My first time serious fishing offshore and caught about 20 redfish, shark and sea bass during a half-day charter. Marker 244 restaurant actually prepared our sea bass for lunch when we arrived back to port! Rico has extensive experience and is great storyteller. Boat was roomy, safe and well-maintained. Really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend to anyone visiting Beaufort and Port Royal area.

Back in September, the 9-hour trip I'd booked as a birthday present for my son was scrubbed by a big nor'easter. Knowing that we were coming down from Virginia for just one day of fishing, Captain Richard had kept an eye on the storm and called me way in advance of the storm's arrival. We were able to move the outing to another weekend, and the weather this time was fantastic, as was the fishing! We took plenty of fish home to enjoy and also share with friends.
Richard and his mate, Adam, will go out of their way to ensure your fishing experience is the best it can be. They are polite, professional, highly knowledgeable and also a lot fun to be around! Whether its going after reds or trout inshore or grouper and snapper on the offshore wrecks, they'll put you on the fish!

My 1st time on a fishing charter. We had some inexperienced fishers along with my 11 year old nephew. Captain Rico and mate Adam showed us exactly what to do and made it a fun trip. Definitely will book with them again.
